A permanent nanny is a professional caregiver who provides consistent childcare services to a family on a long-term basis. Unlike occasional babysitters or temporary nannies, a permanent nanny typically works for an extended duration, often on a full-time or part-time basis, and becomes an integral part of the family's routine.
At least 18 years old.
A high school graduate or equivalent.
Must be legal to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver's license AND their own transportation.
Must provide references that the agency and families may contact.
A minimum of 2 years childcare experience (not including children related to them).
At least one year prior professional experience (prior daycare, nanny, teaching, etc.).
CPR certified or willing to renew within 30 days of their start date.

☑️Driving Record Search: Checks for past tickets and accidents (39 months).
☑️Social Security Trace: Verifies the applicant's social security number against their name.
☑️Past Address History: Confirms all residences in the last 7 years.
☑️Criminal Background Check: Conducted in every county of residence for the past 7 years.
☑️Social Media / Online Presence Check: Examines the candidate's activity and presence on social media platforms.
